(01/27/19)- Cities around mid Michigan have already started preparing for the storm.
Bay City has required all vehicles be moved off the city roadways to allow for plow trucks to clear off snow.
The requirement is part of a major snow event declaration made Sunday afternoon by the Bay City Manager.
Violators face tickets and having their vehicle towed at their expense if they don't comply.
A winter storm warning is set to go into effect for Bay County at 4 a.m. Monday.
Up to 12 inches of snow is in the forecast for Bay City.
